Popp Rok Signs FIRECRACKERS Director Jasmin Mozaffari
Popp Rok is welcoming FIRECRACKERS director Jasmin Mozaffari to its roster of commercial and music video directors.
Mozaffari is an award-winning director who began her career making a number of short films including FIRECRACKERS (2013) and WAVE (2015).
Her feature film FIRECRACKERS (based off of the short) premiered this year at TIFF to great acclaim and took home top prize at the Stockholm International Film Festival.
Jasmin's work focuses on the female experience through a raw, unapologetic approach. She aims to tell stories through an intersectional lens, exploring and deconstructing ideas of gender, race and sexuality through a provocatively kinetic visual style.
"We couldn't be more excited to see what she will bring to the world of music videos, commercials and branded content," explains executive producer Taj Critchlow.
