Learn What’s Different for Agencies Now, and Why It’s All Change

Leaders from UK’s agencies discuss the new challenges and opportunities of the market today, and why evolution of the agency shape means there’s enough space in the market for all
The penultimate panel at Little Black Book’s Better Together event asked ‘How Are Agencies Evolving?’ in a discussion with Natalie Graeme, co-founder at Uncommon; Chris Gallery, head of strategy at Mother; Matt Watson, executive creative director at PepsiCo’s Sips & Bites; and Carlo Cavallone, VP of creative at Our Lego Agency (OLA). Moderated by ÌìÃÀÆåÅÆ’s UK editor Zhenya Tsenzharyk, the panel delved into the changes agencies are excited to be making and the ones they’ve had to make in response to market needs and shifts.

One of the central themes that emerged during the discussion was the need for agencies to know who they are, so it can act as an anchor amid the changes; it’ll also enable confidence when the time comes to try something new and perhaps, on paper, unexpected. It also helps when mergers and acquisitions happen, another trend defining the agency terrain today.

Watch the discussion below to discover what’s been happening inside agencies and how the landscape is likely to keep evolving.
