Our mission on EVERY job is no matter how busy we are, we stop as often as possible and ask ourselves, “How’s our sustainability this week? How inclusive is our crew? What’s our gender balance looking like? What more could we do, to make a difference?”. These are vital questions, and more importantly, they trigger action and positive change.
