Director Richard de Aragues with producer Ben Sullivan completed the amazing Lexus "NX on Track" awe inspiring spectacle and film with production company Minds Eye Media for agency Freuds which launches 10 days after the final day of shooting. The film which features Will.I.am orchestrating the music from his composed tracks using the Lexus NX to pass over laser and lighting sensors to trigger. The event required De Aragues and producer Sullivan to bring together s man 50 metre extendable cranes as they could muster to an aerodrome near Madrid, hoist the lighting rigs and align these and all the ground lights and sensors to then be designed and programmed to the music track by Marshmellow Laser Feast. The team then had to orchestrate the Lexus NX cars in syncopation to drive at speed with stunt drivers to hit the sensors and lights to play individually the melodic notes, beats and bridge. If the cars missed a light or did not keep with the tempo the lighting rig defaulted and shut down. The 3 minute film and Behind the Scenes started editing whilst on set with some set extension work and clean up started on selected shots whilst the endeavour was still being filmed. The films were edited by Yan Miles with assistant Sam Clough, grading was with Martin Southworth at Nice Biscuits with Flame from Russ Shaw, Nick Bennett, Miguel Wratten, James Adamson and Andy Godwin with post producer Carl Grinter overseeing the post process. Audio dubbing and sound design from Duncan Cross at Three Wise Monkeys with Yan Miles and Richard De Aragues overseeing the sound. All of the post teams worked around the clock to complete the films in record time. Hughie Phillips at Minds Eye Media executive produced.
