VaynerMedia EMEA has announced another senior hire with the addition of Esme Rice, who will lead their regional influencer marketing team. Influencer services have been a core VaynerMedia capability for 10+ years in the US.

Esme joins from Mindshare, where she was worldwide influencer practice lead. Prior to this she held other directorship roles at Mindshare, was marketing director at Tallify and marketing manager at The Goat Agency.

Named in the Top 30 Trailblazing Women in Influencer Marketing 2023, Esme has written for The Drum, Forbes, Adweek and Campaign and spoken on stage at various events including DMWF Global, Influencer Marketing World and Voxburner’s Youth Marketing Festival.

Esme’s appointment follows the recent promotion of Marcus Krzastek to president, EMEA and APAC for VaynerMedia.
