The strategic move marks a significant milestone in the company's journey that has been fuelled by a growth in production staff, service offering and commissioned projects on the film side of the business. 

Carlos joins Truce having previously held positions at Heckler, The Mill and MPC bringing with him a wealth of experience and an industry network across APAC and North America.
