A toy soldier searches for his soulmate, and finds her at the end of an adventurous journey through Italian department store Rinascente’s most iconic cities in this sport from Wunderman Thompson and The Family's Virgilio Villoresi.
This is a personal take on an archetype of a fairy-tale, told through an old yet magical technique which, due to its mystery, comes across as timeless. Every piece of this film is a result of numerous artisanal skills coming together.
In addition to the considerable amount of set design - all created ad hoc - the bi-dimensional backdrops were handmade with a mixed technique, printed and cut out.
