Simply Energy Accelerates Transition to ENGIE with New Digital Customer Experience from Hardhat
ENGIE is a global player in low-carbon energy and services, operating in 31 countries around the world, and has owned Simply Energy in Australia since 2005. The move from Simply Energy to ENGIE is a response to Australians who want their energy provider to not just offer great value but also help to contribute to a sustainable future.
The 12-month engagement has seen Hardhat lead the transformation of the digital ecosystems, including ENGIE鈥檚 website and self-service app, which have been uniquely crafted for the Australian market.

The flexible design system has been built to allow for future optimisations as customers become more familiar with the ENGIE brand.鈥
