From purchase to claim, the insurance process is often uncertain and challenging. Shield Insurance, also known as Prakan Tidloh - whose Thai name ‘Tidloh’ means 'shielded'—aims to protect and provide peace of mind at every step of the process.

When someone thinks about getting car insurance, they have to go through many steps—understanding policies, comparing options to find the best fit and even figuring out if the insurance company is easy to contact for help or to file a claim after an accident.

Typically, a broker might just be a middleman who finishes their job once the customer signs the contract. But for Shield Insurance, that moment is just the beginning of our work.


An insightful commercial film, created by renowned Thai director Teerapol Suneta, portrays the challenges everyone faces when buying insurance through the story of a couple deciding to buy car insurance.

It highlights two crucial moments in the insurance experience—purchasing insurance and facing an accident—by presenting these moments in a back-and-forth narrative.

The film shows how Shield Insurance broker serves as a trusted advisor and continues to assist customers, even in the event of an accident—regardless of time or situation.
