Diamond has announced a key hire as it continues its evolution, with Rebecca Flaman joining as executive vice-president, business lead. Rebecca joins the senior leadership team at Diamond, partnering with Diamond鈥檚 managing director, Lorri MacDonald, to drive the agency's growth and reputation.

Rebecca is a driven, collaborative leader with over 18 years of experience leading integrated strategic advertising, communications, and marketing programs across multi-brand portfolios. She has built a career as a key driver of agency growth and creative reputation, contributing to some of Canada鈥檚 most recognisable and award-winning campaigns. Her innovative work includes projects for the Canadian Paralympic Committee, Right To Play, and, most recently, Missing Matoaka - one of the most internationally awarded campaigns aimed at raising awareness of missing and murdered Indigenous women and girls.
Recognising that today鈥檚 brands are no longer built solely through traditional campaigns, Diamond has been steadily building and diversifying their core offerings along with an exciting client portfolio. Recent wins include Canadian Blood Services, Post Cereal, and Sinai Health.

Rebecca is the latest in a series of senior appointments following the appointment of Peter Ignazi and Lori Davison as CCO and CSO, respectively.
