Piotr 膯wikli艅ski, Aneta Kabsa and Mateusz Szmigiero, who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise, will now assume crucial roles as managing director, creative development director and executive creative director, respectively.
All of them have been integral members of MassiveMusic Warsaw since its inception and the opening of its doors on the Polish market in 2021. Prior to their roles at MassiveMusic, they worked together at CORD and Big Sync.

The revamped team is tasked with crafting 360-degree sonic branding and music marketing services for brands and agencies 鈥 from strategy and creative ideation to music production.
More precisely, Piotr 膯wikli艅ski, previously creative development director, now spearheads an eight-person team, with a focus on client coordination and licensing projects.
Aneta Kabsa, previously creative sync director, steps into the role of creative development director, leading strategic initiatives, driving business development and managing key clients.
Mateusz Szmigiero, formerly creative director, now takes on the role of executive creative director, overseeing the creative team and leveraging his expertise in music supervision and production.

With MassiveMusic deeply engaged in a variety of projects, the overhaul of the Warsaw team comes at a pivotal moment for the international music agency and its Polish branch, bringing fresh perspectives and creative approaches while aligning the team with the latest industry trends, fostering a more informed client base.
Part of the Songtradr Group, MassiveMusic was acquired by the world鈥檚 largest B2B music company in June of 2021. The deal, which has had MassiveMusic leading Songtradr鈥檚 B2B Music Services division, brought together state-of-the-art music licensing technologies with best-in-class creation of bespoke music and strategy for brands and agencies.
In the past year alone, MassiveMusic Warsaw's outstanding work on several client projects has garnered industry recognition and awards. They triumphed at the KTR award ceremony, securing six swords for campaigns such as '鈥, which received the prestigious Gold award. Additionally, their excellence was acknowledged for the 鈥樷 campaign and 鈥樷. Additional accolades include awards from Kreatura for 鈥樷 and Effie for 鈥樷, as well as the esteemed British Music+Sound award for campaign.
