Studio Rx, IPG Health鈥檚 leading digital-first global production company that is pioneering new territory with AI and creativity, today announced that Andy Titus and Brian Pellicone have joined as executive director, experience design (XD) and management director, respectively. Reporting to Graham Johnson, chief production officer, Andy and Brian will continue to enhance the globally renowned capabilities that Studio Rx is known for.

These appointments reinforce Studio Rx's commitment to innovation, technology and world-class production capabilities following the company's recent AI-powered internal rebrand using Adobe Firefly鈥檚 Custom Models. This marked the FIRST real 鈥榩roof case鈥 for the technology, further demonstrating IPG Health鈥檚 continued commitment to leading the way with AI and creativity in healthcare.
Andy has built and led product design teams at some of the largest consumer brands in the world, including Victoria鈥檚 Secret and MTV/Viacom. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at Free Association where he led the agency鈥檚 work in product strategy, UX innovation and design systems across renowned brands like Google, Meta, eBay, Coinbase, Toyota and more. In his new role, he will collaborate with experts across IPG Health on product design, user experience and accessibility, design systems, generative AI and creative engineering to evolve shared principles, advance best practices, expand service offerings and propel professional growth. Andy will partner with clients and the network鈥檚 global production solution to create diverse digital experiences, automation tools and systems that streamline workflows and drive innovation forward in the space.

Brian brings extensive production expertise to his new role, joining from OLIVER where he was head of program management (NA) and led global CPG brands for Unilever across its Beauty, Personal Care and Nutrition divisions. Before that, Brian spent over 14 years at Tag where he helped build its Global Life Sciences division and oversaw end-to-end creative production for global clients. At Studio Rx, Brian will lead custom solutions with a focus on creating bespoke production strategies for clients that leverage the depth and breadth of Studio Rx鈥檚 global capabilities. With IPG Health鈥檚 robust content supply chain, extensive use of AI and talent across the interconnected network, Brian will work with the teams to deliver impactful outcomes with increased efficiencies for clients.
