International production company HAMLET has signed fashion director to their roster for representation in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and China.
With a flexible style reminiscent of observational documentary, Rosa Lisa鈥檚 aesthetic is grounded in authenticity. She adopts a minimalist approach, finding beauty in the simplicity of everyday life while avoiding over-staging. Staying close to her cast, Rosa Lisa captures their raw energy and genuine moments, creating work that feels both intimate and organic.
Rosa Lisa Di Natale has worked with A.P.C., Alexandre Vauthier, Bucherer, Closed, Dazed, Harpers Bazaar France, Jil Sander, Lacoste, Maison Kitsun茅, Poiray, Sandro Sonia Rykiel and Vogue.

Rosa Lisa鈥檚 career began in the film department at Cond茅 Nast Germany, where she spent six years developing content for Vogue Germany. In 2020, she moved to Berlin to pursue a career as a director, focusing on fashion films with a documentary approach. Rosa was part of the "Look" exhibition at the Heidi Horten 2022-2023 Collection in Vienna where her work was displayed alongside art pieces by Yves Klein and Andy Warhol.
Her first piece of work produced by HAMLET is a global brand film for Jil Sander鈥檚 new collection of perfume:
