Diamond continues to build strategic bench strength with the addition of Karlina Bear as vice-president, strategy. Reporting directly to chief strategy officer Lori Davison, Karlina joins the team to drive Diamond鈥檚 mission of delivering industry-leading strategic and creative solutions for clients.
Karlina brings an impressive depth of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, and marketing leadership. Previously vice-president, Strategy at BBDO Canada, Karlina led strategy on prominent brands such as Sobeys, OLG, and the March of Dimes. Her recent achievements include spearheading high-impact sponsorship campaigns for the Paris 2024 Olympics on behalf of Sobeys and OLG, setting a standard for innovative, purpose-driven work.
